How do I use the scented bedsheet liner?
When changing bedsheets, place 1 bedsheet liner towards the very end of the bed where your feet are. Place the bedsheet liner under the fitted sheet (on top of the mattress protector if you use one). Allow the fragrance to diffuse in the room for a few hours before getting into bed.
How often do I have to change the scented bedsheet liner?
As often as you want. You can either change it each time you change your bedsheets, or you can top up the bedsheet liner if you want the fragrance without changing your sheets. The scented bedsheet liner generally lasts from 3 to 5 days.
I can sometimes be sensitive to strong fragrances, what should I do?
Because Āmodā only uses PURE essential oils, the fragrance can sometimes be strong as you initially take it out of the bag. It is therefore recommended that you place or change your bedsheet liners several hours prior to your bedtime. This allows the fragrance to diffuse into the room, and make it less strong when you finally settle into bed. Alternatively, you can cut the scented bedsheet liner in half for a milder fragrance.
If however, you are anaphylactic or allergic to strong fragrances or pure essential oils, we DO not recommend the use of our products.
Can I put the scented bedsheet liners under my bedroom pillowcase?
We do not recommend that the scented bedsheet liners be placed under your pillowcase as the scent will be too strong the closer it is to your head.
What do I do with the used products?
The scented bedsheet liner is biodegradable. So you can discard them in the recycling bin. Alternatively, they can be handy as absorbable wipes around the house for cleaning.
Some clever clients use the resealable bag to store their scarves and handkerchiefs so a beautiful fragrance is infused into them the next time they use these.
Will the scented bedsheet liners stain my bedsheets?
No. Although we use pure organic essential oils in our liners, they do not stain the bedsheets.
Why use scented bedsheet liners vs other fragrance infusing devices?
Incense and scented candles need to be lit and put off for safety, and their scents last only as long as they are lit or plugged in. Whilst linen sprays or pillow spray scents do not last long. On the other hand, Āmodā scented bedsheet liners sustains the beneficial effects of the fragrance from 3 to 5 days.
Does Āmodā ship internationally?
YES. However, there are some countries where we do not ship at this time. We are endeavouring to connect with local partners so our products will be available to these countries soon. To find out if we ship to your country, please trial a purchase and click "check-out". It will indicate if you are able to check out or not.

How many scented fabric sheets in a resealable bag?
Each bag contains 2 scented fabric liners. As the bag is resealable, you can store the unused scented fabric liner in the bag and keep it fresh for the next use!
What are the dimensions and weight of each resealable bag?
Each resealable bag contains 2 scented liners and weigh ONLY ~ 85 grams. So you can pack as much weight in your order to save on shipping costs!!

SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY
Thank you for visiting our site at Āmodā! The following information sets out the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping and Returns Policy.
RETURNS POLICY:
How to make a return or exchange:
1. Please contact info@amodascents.com.au with your order number
2. Specify the reason for your return (including photos in the case of a quality defect)
3. Please note, we do no accept returns if scented fabric bags are already opened. Thank you for your understanding.
SHIPPING POLICY:
1. Processing your Order
An email confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.
2. Shipment Processing Time
Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping.
After your payment is authorised and verified, all orders are processed within 5 business days. We will contact you if, for some reason, there are any delays.
However, some orders may ship within as few as 2 and some may take up to 10.
3. Shipment Locations
3.1. Domestic and International
Āmodā ships domestically as well as internationally. If you have a question about domestic or international deliveries, please contact us at info@amodascents.com.au.
3.2. Shipping Restrictions
Our company does ship to both commercial and domestic addresses.
4. Shipment rates and delivery estimates
We endeavor to get your order to you as soon as possible. Once your order is placed, an estimated delivery time will be provided to you. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order.
(a) Express Shipping
The order will arrive within 2 business days.
Express Shipping costs from $11 to $13 for parcels up to 1 kg; and S18 to $25 for parcels up to 5kgs for elligible domestic & national suburbs.
(b) Standard Shipping
The order will arrive within 5 business days.
Standard Shipping costs from $9 for parcels up to 1kg.
(c) Please note:
(i) Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays.
(ii) Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
(iii) Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.
(iv) When placing your order, we consider these factors when calculating the Estimated Delivery Date:
(A) Transit Time: The amount of time it takes your order to leave our distribution centre and arrive at the local delivery carrier.
(B) Weight factor: Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simple add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.
(v) Due to courier dependent pick-ups and drop-offs, packages to and from our facility in Melbourne,Australia may be delayed. We appreciate your patience during this time.
(vi) We will not be responsible for wrong shipping address if you provide incorrect information.
5. Tracking Options
Āmodā aims to provide visibility and transparency throughout the shipment process. Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive a link to track your package.
5.1. Domestic and International
All orders delivered within Australia automatically have tracking.
International orders are sent with partner courier companies in your country/area. This service comes with tracking and your tracking number will be sent to you once it has been posted. If we are requested to make alternative shipping arrangements we cannot guarantee tracking and will not be responsible for the delivery of orders sent internationally.
6. International Customs, Duties and Taxes
All orders shipping to a destination outside of Australia are subject to the import duties, fees, and taxes of the destination country. Delays in delivery may occur if your package is randomly selected by your country’s Customs Department. Āmodā is not responsible for any possible customs and taxes applied to your order. We have no control over the process or additional charges associated with the delivery and importation of your order (package) into your country. We do not benefit in anyway from these chargers and we work very closely with our brokers and carriers to ensure as few delays as possible. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. You agree that you are responsible for any duty, taxes, and custom requirements or other like taxes, fees, levies, costs or expenses associated with importing products you purchase from us and shipping them internationally.

8. Missing or Lost Package
There are several reasons why a package gets lost or becomes a deliver exception. We’ve found that, more often that not, the package is either in the building or with a neighbour. Āmodā politely requests that customers look in common courier hiding spots. Please take a look around and let us know if you find it.
